I'm not a big calorie counter. Anyone who's had my chicken fried steak with gravy and mashed potatoes and fried okra can attest to that. We were curious so I looked it up, and I was stunned.
So now you know.

Stink! That is a lot of calories. Good thing I always go for the Old Time with cheese.....ha! As if that is any better.
Well.... I have never had your chicken fried steak... My birthday is 06/27... ;-)
My biggest regret so far in life is that I have not sampled Brandi's Chicken Fried Steak . . .
